  They sent me a hateful, condescending letter telling me to put my trash in the dumpster. It wasn't their trash truck drivers job to pick it up, they added. I went to investigate, finding that the neighbor who was moving had put a sack of trash on the ground. I photographed some empty prescription bottles that were found in the sack, they carried the name of the guilty party. I sent this information to everyone of the councilmen and the Mayor in the form of an email letter. This correspondence registered my strong disapproval of my city government talking down to me, and their lack of effort to find identity of the guilty party. I invited each of them to call or stop by my home at any time if they needed to talk about any future problems and we could easily get these problems solved before they reached a higher level. I never heard from any of them. To top it all off it appeared as if an illiterate 2nd grader penned the letter, as it was filled with spelling and grammatical errors.
